The Company

Red Apple Creative is fast paced content agency specialising in multi-platform campaigns for radio, Spotify and digital platforms. We are part of the SNK Publishing Group that also includes SNK Studios and Radio Results.
 
Our digital team is growing rapidly and we need a Hybrid Digital Account Manager / Project Manager to join us in our London office. Working across a range of digital work, you will work closely with both the design & development teams and our clients.
 
The type of projects we work on are varied, working with independent UK startups through to global brands such as Puma, Sky and Budweiser.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Working with our clients to establish their requirements.
●     Formulating proposals.
●     Overseeing the entire website development projects for our direct clients.
●     Overseeing internal website development projects for our different brands.
●     Deliver all digital campaigns on time, on budget and on brief.
●     Build long term, quality relationships with clients at all levels.
●     Interpret briefs, collate a response with the help of internal teams and present back to the client.
●     To provide costs for the different products and services we provide.
●     To be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
●     Deliver exceptional customer service through the efficient and accurate. turnaround of briefs and proposals.
●     To talk confidently and knowledgeably about website development as a whole.
●     Advise clients on the benefits of SEO & SEO copywriting to a good standard.
●     Develop effective working relationships with the rest of the team and other internal departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.
●     Work closely with our design & development teams.
●     Create & maintain client-viewable project schedules.
●     Manage internal schedules for our design & development teams.
●     Keep internal CRM systems up to date.
●     Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital and how they apply to our clients or the production process.
 
Essential Requirements:
●     Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and a multi tasker.
●     Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and update industry knowledge.
●     Great communication skills.
●     Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
●     Experience of managing/overseeing projects from inception through to post-campaign analysis.
●     Familiar with a number of industry standard CMS.
●     A basic to intermediate understanding of the technical side of web development.
●     A positive mental attitude.  We are a close team that works hard and plays hard together.
●     Ambition to take our growing company to the next level.
●     To be confident in leading conversations and presentations in person, on the phone and online.
●     Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
●     Leadership.
●     To be a social butterfly, this is not a job for shrinking violets.
 

Qualifications:
●     2+ years of experience in a digital account management / digital project management capacity.
●     Experience of delivering cross-platform campaigns across desktop, tablet and mobile.
 

Bonus Points:
●     Fluency in any other European languages.
●     Knowledge and/or experience in using APIs/API Integration.
