The Company

We are an agency with audio at our core.

We work with brands who want to do audio properly and help other agencies who don’t have in-house specialists. We’re also Spotify’s creative partner.

We have our own in-house studios and an amazing team of specialists who work across everything audio:

We’ve gone from strength to strength in recent years, expanding both our team and our studio facility that we call home.

The person we are looking for

You’ll be experienced in writing for audio platforms having worked in similar role at a radio station, creative agency, production company or similar.

You’ll understand what makes great audio and digital campaigns. You’ll buzz off working as part of a busy creative team to initiate, develop and bring great ideas to life. You’ll feel at home in digital brainstorms, writing and pitching audio scripts and working in a studio with our engineers to produce audio that sounds fantastic.

You are a team player and love working together to solve problems and get things done. You’ve got their back, and they’ve got yours because the success of the company that you’re part of is really important to you. You’ll be really proud of the work we produce and you’ll share it with your wider network. You’ll have experience of providing mentorship to more junior members of the team and will be able to support our Executive Creative Director to build a world class creative team.

You’ll be a strong believer in delivering exemplary customer service which is just as important as the work we produce. You don’t miss deadlines and are willing to go that extra mile to make sure of it. You’re confident and outgoing, happy to present to a marketing team of 3 or a conference of 300.

You’ll have worked with a diverse range of clients previously and whilst you might have your favourite niche, you’ll be able to turn your hand to any industry sector. You might have won some awards, but more importantly you’ll have reams of client testimonials about how brilliant you are and an amazing showreel for us to listen to.

You have experience of working in a creative sales environment and you’ll embrace the business element of the role.You’ll be comfortable working with a team that is not working in the office right now and spread across London, New York and Europe.

You’re great at what you do, but that doesn’t mean you’ve stopped trying to develop yourself personally and professionally. You’ll be keen to challenge yourself to constantly be better, even if it’s just a little everyday.

Key Responsibilities

-To deliver exceptional creative ideas across all audio projects.

-To provide brilliant customer service.

-To build long term, quality relationships with clients at all levels.

-To talk confidently and knowledgeably about radio and online audio.

-To represent the company at industry events (nationally and internationally when required)

-To support the Executive Creative Director to pioneer new audio developments, be at the forefront of our industry and develop the team.

-To develop effective working relationships with other internal departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.

Essential Requirements

-A love for audio and digital.

-A high level of experience in a similar role and specifically in the following areas:

-Audio knowledge and creativity.

-Building client relationships.

-Public speaking and presenting.

-Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.

-Leadership and mentorship skills.

-Communication skills.

-A positive mental attitude and growth mindset. Ambition to take our growing company to the next level.

-Able to work from home or the office if required (both now and in non-COVID times).
