The Company

We are an agency with audio at our core. We work with brands who want to do audio properly and help other agencies who don’t have in-house specialists.

We’re Spotify’s creative partner in the UK & North America. Our company client roster also includes Guinness, Audible, Penguin Random House, Cartoon Network and Amazon.

The person we are looking for

You will be an integral part of the smooth running of the facility on a daily basis. You will be meeting and greeting guests and making sure our clients feel special and well cared for. You will be providing an exceptional hospitality service; that means making and serving drinks, there are a lot of stairs here (with no lift!) so you will often be running up and down, serving food, going out to get lunches for clients, and keeping the building neat and tidy.

You don’t need to be technical but you will ensure the Studios are always beautifully presented with drinks, sweets, and the little hospitable touches that make being a client of Red Apple Creative a magical experience.

You will set up and tidy-down the spaces, always offering to help, with a smile and a can-do attitude.

You will also be on hand to provide support on media and creative projects. That means you may be helping to source voiceovers and music tracks, updating databases, proof reading scripts, planning media campaigns and general admin support.

This is an entry level role but in the future it could lead to positions within the creative, media or production team such as Project Coordinator, Account Manager, Media Planner or Creative.

This is a really important role because you’ll be the first person that our clients meet as they come through our door so it’s a good job you’re a people person who is friendly, upbeat and confident.

Organisation and initiative will need to be in your DNA, you need to be really responsive to requests, energetic and confident.

You’ll have an interest in media, advertising or creative and want to pursue those areas in your career.

You’re driven, ambitious and willing to go that extra mile to make sure we always deliver.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide food and refreshments to clients

-Print scripts

-Tidy down studios and clear up.

-Fill and empty the dishwasher- drying and returning items to the cupboards.

-General maintenance and facility support, including occasional light DIY help.

-Ensure the kitchen/reception area is kept clean.

-Answering the phone and taking messages.

-Manage receipts / expenses

-Sourcing voiceovers and music tracks for campaigns.

-Updating databases and internal systems.

-Internal / external library music searches.

-Quality checking assets before being sent to client.

-Proof reading scripts.

-Provide admin support

-Client hospitality

Essential Requirements

-Some hospitality experience is a must.

-Confidence making and serving drinks, tidying tables and taking orders.

-An interest in audio media (you don’t have to have experience), you’ll get that here.

-A high level of organisational skills and experience.

-Excellent attention to detail.

-A high level of understanding written English.

-Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.

-Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.

-Confident, friendly, approachable and a team player.

-A positive, can-do attitude.

-Experience of using Apple Macs, Google docs and sheets.
