We are an agency with audio at our core. We work with brands who want to do audio properly and help other agencies who don’t have in-house specialists.

We’re Spotify’s creative partner in North America and the UK. Our company client roster also includes Guinness, Audible, Penguin Random House, Cartoon Network and Amazon.

The person we are looking for

You will be an integral part to the smooth running of the Customer Success team on a daily basis. You will be responsible for helping the Customer Success team oversee all phases of audio and digital production, developing relationships with our clients, and ensuring that our productions are completed on time and within budget.

You will need to juggle multiple projects, and have methods to keep yourself and your projects organized. You’ll need to be confident in speaking with our clients in person, through email, over the phone, and on video calls.

The role will primarily involve working with our Customer Success team to help manage production of audio and digital creative from client briefs and assets. You will be responsible for assisting the Customer Success team with accepting incoming projects, managing client email chains and project management tools, working with our project management team to ensure work is being created and produced on schedule, developing production timelines, assisting the Customer Success team with financial management, and proofing scripts, audio spots, and banners before creative is sent out to clients. You will also be responsible for ad hoc requests and administrative support to improve our workflows and ensure the future success of the Customer Success team.

This is an entry level role but in the future it could lead to growth within the Customer Success team.

You’re a stickler for details and you’re big on process, efficiency and keeping systems up to date. You don’t get flustered when it’s busy and you’re comfortable managing many different projects simultaneously.

You are a real people person, confident, and outgoing. You’ll need to be as you’ll be working with our clients, project managers, creatives, and other internal departments and external suppliers; and you’ll need to get the best out of all of them.

Strong organizational skills and accuracy are in your DNA. You don’t miss deadlines and are willing to go the extra mile to put a smile on our client’s faces. You’re honest and accountable, and you are willing to jump in and help out other members of the team when they need help.

You’ll have an interest in media, advertising or creative and want to pursue those areas in your career.

You’re driven, ambitious and willing to go that extra mile to make sure we always deliver.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide a white-glove level of customer service to our clients

-Foster and develop relationships with your day-to-day client contacts through email, video chats, phone calls, and in-person meetings (when appropriate)

-Assisting the Customer Success team in overseeing production of audio and digital campaigns

-Develop project timelines, and work to ensure that all teams involved adhere to deadlines

-Help the Customer Success team in managing internal and client-facing project management tools

-Help to keep financial CRM software up to date as projects come in and are approved

-Quality checks of all scripts, audio spots, and digital banners before sharing with clients to maintain a high level of creative excellence

-Review client POs for accuracy, and follow up on overdue payments

-Keep our internal systems and databases up to date

-Be an active participant in client comms and within internal meetings

-Participate in music curation for unique branded opportunities on Spotify

Essential Requirements

-An interest in audio, not experience though, you’ll get that here.

-Proven high level of organisational skills and experience.

-Proven excellent attention to detail.

-A high level of understanding written English.

-Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.

-Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.

-Confident, friendly, approachable and a team player.

-A positive, can-do mental attitude.

-Ability to commute to and work from NYC based office on a part-time basis

-0-2 years of related experience

Bonus Points

-Fluency in Spanish or Canadian French

Salary & Benefits

-Salary - $35k - $40k depending on experience
